With your agreement your details may be shared with your GP, Ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals for your ongoing care and treatment.

How long will we keep your personal information?
We will retain any personal information that you provide to us only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of your enquiry and/or for our client relationship to continue and for you to use Michael Charlton Optometrists’ Services. Should you decide to use Michael Charlton Optometrists’ services, your details will be kept for at least 10 years purely for the purpose of business record keeping, which is required by law and is recommended as good practice by The College of Optometrists. After which your information will be securely disposed of/deleted once it is no longer required.
