After graduating from Cardiff University in 2004 I completed my pre registration year at an independent practice in Merthyr Tydfil. Following this I worked in several optometric settings throughout South Wales. Working within an independent practice was always my first choice and something I was always keen to get back to, so when the position in Fishguard became available, it was an obvious choice for me. My clinical interests are in myopia management, nutrition and its effect on eye health and the role of optometry within the community. My spare time is spent with family and friends; I enjoy walking and photography.
